While Designtown’s roots are in the film world, under Guy’s leadership it has grown into a go-to resource across industries. When he’s not solving design puzzles, you’ll find him swimming early mornings or cycling through the weekend.
Dylan Anderson
Managing Partner, Designtown
As one of Designtown’s key executive leaders, Dylan oversees day-to-day operations and drives the strategic direction of the company. Known for his clear decision-making and collaborative leadership style, he plays a central role in ensuring Designtown consistently meets its goals and stays ahead of the curve. Outside the office, Dylan is all about balance — he maintains a healthy lifestyle, gets an enviable 80+ sleep score nightly, and winds down with his favorite TV shows.

RJ leads all things marketing at Designtown, from shaping strategy to managing execution across digital channels. He oversees the website, blog, LinkedIn presence, email campaigns, SEO efforts, and client engagement — ensuring every touchpoint reflects Designtown’s voice and vision. With a sharp eye for detail and a focus on results, RJ keeps the brand cohesive and the audience connected. On Sundays, you’ll find him poolside enjoying what he proudly calls “Aquatic Sundays.”
